Must read for serious lean practitioners

Kaizen in Logistics and Supply Chains by Coimbra offers detailed how-to advice on all aspects of flow, takt, cell design, kanban, internal and external logistics, standard work, supermarket design, water spiders, etc. In my opinion, this book is a must read for any lean or six sigma practitioner interested in how to apply lean to their world which, sadly, isn't covered nearly enough by lean thinking authors. I highly recommend this book.

This book is truly the best in the market. You can use it as your daily bible on subjects like, Prodution Flow, Lean Logisitcs and Planning.
Mr. Coimbra is an example of consultant and one of the most knowledgeable people I've ever known.
From beginners to experts, this book will guide you to a successful Kaizen Lean implementation.
